DRAFT — This is an outline for a data-processing agreement, not an executed contract. Identify the business as controller and Calendar’s legal operator as processor where that reflects the actual service.
Complete the agreement with: subject and duration; scheduling purposes; customer and employee data categories; documented instructions; confidentiality; security measures; subprocessors and locations; assistance with rights requests and breaches; return or deletion at termination; and audit arrangements.
OVHcloud provides hosting and email infrastructure. Its applicable data-processing terms, service locations and subprocessor arrangements must be checked. Technical protections include HTTPS, hashed passwords, business access separation and restricted server credentials; operational access, incident response and deletion procedures still require documentation.
